AIP Paleo Pot Roast
This AIP Paleo Pot Roast is a great, filling and hearty meal. I made mine with a grass fed chuck roast. Obviously if you have conventional chuck roast that would work too! I like to make this when I am low on prep time but I will be around the house for several hours because it only takes a few minutes to prep everything, and then you can just throw it in the oven for 3-4 hours and forget about it while you do other things. (For me these other things are usually prepping my other meals that I need to make for the week) Click here to receive a…

AIP Paleo Chicken “Noodle” Soup with Mushrooms
This is my version of an AIP Paleo chicken noodle soup. Instead of noodles, I used AIP friendly mushrooms which are hearty and tasty. If you don’t like mushrooms you can replace them with zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles! You can modify this recipe and add different veggies depending on what you have left over in the fridge! You can also modify it and use whatever type of broth you have on hand. I had to dilute my broth, but you may or may not have to depending on your personal preference and how strong your broth is. Waste Not Want Not I made up this recipe when I realized…

Sage Butternut Squash soup with a Kick
I absolutely loooove making butternut squash soup in the Fall. This would make a great soup to bring to Thanksgiving if you want to make something a little bit different from the traditional fare. My husband was the one who had the idea to add one of his homegrown habaneros to the soup to give it a kick. The flavors work together great and the spice really adds something special to the soup, a nice heat that will keep you warm! Ingredients 4 pounds butternut squash (about 2 medium or 1 large) 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 medium Granny Smith apple (about 8 ounces) 1/2 medium yellow onion Juice of…

Delicious Probiotic Sriracha Kimchi
Naturally fermented kimchi is one of my favorite ways to incorporate probiotics into my diet! Kimchi is a Korean side dish consisting of fermented cabbage, daikon raddish, and scallions. While traditionally this dish is made with Korean red pepper powder (aka gochugaru), I like to use Sriracha paste instead (yes I am aware that Sriracha is from Thailand but I absolutely loooove Sriracha and there is nothing wrong with a little thai-korean fusion! I have also tried making this the traditional gochugaru powder and I like it better this way. Equipment 1-2 Clean mason jars (I like the 24oz wide mouth mason jars) Ingredients 1 Napa cabbage ½ cup…
