Roasted Garlic-Lime Broccoli

This Garlic Lime Broccoli is a delicious and healthy AIP Paleo side dish recipe. It is the best roasted broccoli recipe I have ever had. This side dish goes great with lemon-rosemary baked salmon. and can be cooked in the same pan at the same temperature and time settings, making this a really quick and easy dinner to prepare

  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Sea Salt, to taste


  1. Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces
  2. Place on foil line baking sheet
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice
  4. Add minced garlic and salt
  5. Bake at 400F for 15 min, stirring once midway through baking
