Lemon Rosemary Baked Salmon

This Lemon Rosemary Baked Salmon is so quick and easy to prepare and it is also delicious and healthy. This is a simple recipe that you can whip up quickly but would still impress a dinner companion. A great side for this is roasted garlic-lime broccoli which can be cooked on the same pan with the same time and temperature settings! Salmon is high in anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids, especially if you get wild caught salmon!
