Since most poke recipes have rice or soy sauce in them (not AIP), this motivated me to make my own AIP Paleo Poke Recipe! You can use salmon or tuna for this recipe. I get serious cravings for raw salmon sometimes and always wonder if it is because my body is craving omega 3 fatty acids or if it is just because raw salmon is delicious? I had to run all over town looking for sashimi grade salmon, and luckily found a nice Japanese market with a special on salmon. It was soooo worth it because this recipe came out great and really satisfied my craving!
